    Living With Alz Series: Reminiscing

    I have an app on my phone called "TimeHop". I'm sure some of you are familiar with it, and others might not be. The app is connected to my different social media profiles, and works like the "Memories" page on Facebook. It pulls posts from this day, years in the past. So today, April 6 2019, it pulled a post from April 6 2016 - the day that my mother had her first visit with a PSW.

    Living With Alz Series: World Alzheimer’s Day

    I know she doesn’t understand, but give her my love and support. Today is World Alzheimer’s Day. When I was a kid, I didn’t think that this would be a day that I would know, or recognise. Then again, the world works in mysterious ways, and here I am today. Mum is doing good. My dad goes to visit her every other day, and I try to get out to see her at least twice a week.
