    Wednesday Weigh In: Week 6

    What a week it has been. I feel like I've been non-stop busy since my last weigh-in, which has probably contributed to my results this week. My first week of Keto was pretty good. Now, as I said last week, I haven't gone full Keto. I am easing myself in. That being said, I did consume a few things I shouldn't have.
